There are several Community Developers that use different builders in their community. Several new communities can be found either North or South of Tampa. Cities like Wesley Chapel in the NorthEast, Trinity in the NorthWest, and Riverview in the South are where developers are the busiest between the years 2018-2020. Most of these communities have a HOA and/or a CDD (Community Development District) that manages financing of the infrastructure to support its development. These communities have a “resort like” feel where you can enjoy a nice club house and all kinds of amenities like a gym, community swimming pool, tennis, basketball, nature trails, and so on. Most are also gated for security. A new home is usually completed about 6 months at the time of contract signing.
